In cases involving a change in the name of a registered intellectual property right holder, or a change of address, our practice will carry out the necessary procedures for the relevant registers in all countries. Such changes have to be advised to those registers under the principle of legal certainty and veracity.

 

Delays or omissions in such procedures may mean that assertion of the right in question encounters a temporary or even insurmountable problem.
