We perform prior-art searches, both in Switzerland and internationally, with a view to ascertaining trade mark, design/model, patent or domain name availability. We also offer a unique design/model search service: our database was set up in 1991 and has been updated daily ever since. It now covers around half a million filings, all sectors of activity taken together.

 

Whenever searches reveal a problem, we offer advice on the ways and means whereby it might be eliminated. We then carry out such action as is necessary (negotiations, administrative/legal action) to release rights and to allow filing, which is the start of the legal path to obtaining an intellectual property right.
